The grandson of the late President Kennedy joins the race for the White House

Washington [US], April 20: Robert Francis Kennedy Jr., a member of the Kennedy family , on April 19 officially launched his 2024 presidential campaign, according to AFP.
Robert Kennedy Jr. (69 years old) is an environmental lawyer and anti-vaccine. Since 2005, he has promoted conspiracy theories that vaccines are linked to autism. He was banned by YouTube and Instagram for spreading misinformation about vaccines and the Covid-19 pandemic .
"I am here today to announce my campaign for the Democratic nomination for president of the United States," said Kennedy Jr. spoke at the event in Boston, Massachusetts, which is considered the stronghold of the Kennedy family. Mr. Kennedy Jr. vowed to end divisions in American politics by telling the truth to the American people.
Kennedy Jr.'s biggest rival. for the position of Democratic presidential candidate will most likely be incumbent President Joe Biden, who has not officially announced but has repeatedly revealed his intentions.
His father Kennedy Jr. was a senator of the same name who served as Attorney General in the administration of his brother, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
Both Kennedy brothers were killed in shocking assassinations. President Kennedy was assassinated during a trip to Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the assassination but was shot dead by another person two days later.
Robert Kennedy was shot at a hotel in Los Angeles, California on June 5, 1968 while campaigning for president. He passed away on June 6, 1968. Both assassinations are among the greatest events of American politics of the 20th century.
